The 31st Korea International Medical& Hospital Equipment Show take place from March 5 to 8 for four days at COEX in Seoul, will contribute to national healthcare improvement, medical technology development and exporting expansion.

KIMES 2014 is organized by KOREA E&EX INC., KMDICA(Korea Medical Devices Industrial Cooperative), KMDIA(Korea Medical Devices Industry Association), and sponsored by MOTIE, Ministry of health & welfare, KFDA, Seoul Metropolitan Government, kotra, Korea Health Industry Development Institute, Korea Medical Association, Korean Hospital Association, KOREAN MEDICAL WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION, KOREAN NURSES ASSOCIATION, KOMEDIA and digital BOSA.

The 30th KIMES 2014 takes place under the theme of 'Smart World for Better Life' with 1,095 companies from 38 countries including America, Germany, England, Japan, China, Italy, and Taiwan introducing up to 30,000 or so items such as advanced medical equipment, hospital equipment, medical information, and medical products. It is expected that up to 70,000 visitors come to KIMES 2014 where the leading medical manufacturers of the world join with the scale of 38,350 ㎡.

A variety of medical services, medical diagnostic apparatuses, medical examination equipment, oriental medical devices, hospital information system, physical therapy devices, medical associated equipment, surgical equipment, emergency preparation and medical equipment for vets are premiered at KIMES 2014.

KIMES 2014 also marked 30th anniversary with the development of the Korea medical industry growth this time, in the strong interests from Korean and foreign visitors, KIMES attracted 71,241 professional attendees with the advanced equipments.
